Hi. Yesterday I made a booking from Bangalore to Nairobi and the payment occurred. However, after that an error occurred and my booking did not happen. I have been asking for a refund or for my booking to be made. Please aid and make the necessary changes. It keeps asking for my booking number but there is no booking so it is not working. Please sort this issue out.
