My flight on 7th December was cancelled and was told I would be automatically refunded my money. They are very hard to contact. I rang a number and was talking to someone and she hung up on me. Very poor. Will never fly with them again. Still waiting for my money.

Flights to Gold Coast from Cairns and back cancelled on 7/12/23 text saying refund will be made automatically within 21days still nothing 7/1/24 not contactable no replies in the chat. Criminals should be a law suit taken against them all the people they have let down.

I’m in a similar situation to you, whereby Bonza cancelled two my flights. The first was on the 15th Dec 23 and the second one was on the 19th Dec 23, and I am still awaiting on my refund. Moreover, sill awaiting replies in the chat. I’m unsure what state that you live in, however I live in in Victoria, and in my message today to them I have given them until Monday for them to give me my refund, otherwise I told them I’ll be reporting them to VCAT, here in Victoria. NSW, one would report them to the Department of Fair Trading, however I’m unsure about this in the other states. Hope this helps you Rod.
Hi Andy on Gold Coast QlD I am having same problem with cancelled return flight from Coolangatta to Mt Isa Bonza cancelled it on 2nd December 2023 promised refund 21days.

Hi Andy lm also waiting fot a full refund for 23/12/23 Gold coast/Avalon 30/12/23 Avalon/Gold Coast, l was notifed of cancellation on 18/12/23 l was also told refund within 21 days..🤔🤔
I continually get no reply on their chat line l have contracted ombudsman who suggest l try again today to contact airline..still no reply.
Pathetic Bonza we paid our money straight away to secure Christmas Flights now l will be lucky to get this money back we also had to purchase new flights with Jetstar more $$$$
Hi Andy, I am the same. They cancelled mine and my sons flight from coolangatta to the Isa on the 22nd Dec. Told to fill out a form they sent me and I’d get refund within 21 days. Was on chat with someone 2 weeks ago, and the said they will chase it up and if I still haven’t received refund in the next week to contact them again. I have been sending messages on their chat site for days, and no response! It’s utterly disgusting is what it is! I’m at a point now, I’m ready to take it further. I’ve had enough
I agree, I think its time we all collectively call A Current Affair. I’ve also been waiting for my supposed ’21 day’ refund since December 17th. It’s now nearing the end of February and they won’t even reply to my emails. In fact I suspect they’ve blocked me because my last email didn’t go through. Maybe we should all get in touch with each other and write to A Current Affair, that may give them the shake up needed. Whilst they’re not reimbursing us all, they’re making interest off our money! Disgraceful company!!

Another ripped off customer. Tickets paid in full. Cancelled flights. No refunds as promised via email. No chat line open. No phone calls. No email emails. Onto ombudsmen maybe, very painful?

my grandaughters flight from GC to albury was cancelled for christmas day.I was told that i would have a refund in 21 days ,still waiting.This is so dishonest,keeping other peoples money.
Bonza today cancelled my flight from Gold Coast to mackay 1.5 hours before departure not good enough Bonza. 2nd time I’ve booked flights 2nd time they’ve cancelled there won’t be a third and no refunds as yet so no more bonza for me EVER you lose too much money for taxi’s motel rooms and additional last minute flights. I’m going to contact the ombudsman and take this further
