I had an awful traveling experience with Asky Airlines when I traveled from Ghana to Liberia. I checked in two luggages at Kotoka. Upon my arrival to RIA, I was informed that only one of the two luggages was flown and the other one will come at a later date. Everyday, for nearly a week, I called the airline agent at the RIA to know the status of my luggage. When my luggage finally arrived, I was told to pick it up from the RIA: another inconvenience that cost me an extra expense. This has been happening for quit a while now and no one is speaking out on this kind of poor service. Yesterday, December 22, 2023, four of my colleagues traveled on Asky Airlines and two frustratingly couldn’t get hold of any of their luggages.
There’s a need to improve your service!!!
I paid for ticket and try cancelling the ticket from October upon till now. No response from them. I can not get my refund back from October 12 2023. This is not fair to customers. If I don’t get my refund back. God is there.
